I’m a documentary photographer specializing in capturing stories of people who have been transformed by international humanitarian relief and development organizations.

Based in Seattle, my photography seeks to educate, inspire, and challenge viewers to look beyond stereotypes, always highlighting the dignity and humanity of my subjects.

While my earlier work spanned Central and South America, the Caribbean, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, I now focus on local communities in the Pacific Northwest through black and white fine art photography.

My humanitarian images have been featured on CNN, MSN, U.S. News & World Report, NFL’s My Cause My Cleats, The Guardian, Entertainment Weekly, Delta Sky magazine, Yahoo! News, and Europa Press.
